Arn’s is about much more than sales– our service department sets us apart from the big-box retailers, and we want our customers to realize the importance we place on service, including product assembly, training, demonstration, maintenance, and repairs.
We Are Here To Help
We would love to better educate the consumer on how important maintenance is to their purchase. No matter whether you are a homeowner or a big landscaping contractor, proper maintenance minimizes down time and saves you money.
For the most part, our clients make pretty good use of the service department. However, all too often customers purchase new products without getting the recommended services done, sometimes service that is required by the manufacturer. Obviously, when a piece of equipment fails to operate properly, it’s an inconvenience at best, lost revenue at worst. Staying on top of your maintenance is the best way to avoid down time.
This is never more important than at the end of each season. The best time to make sure your gear is ready to go is when you put it into storage.
Be Proactive
Some clients are very skilled at doing their own maintenance and repairs, while others regularly have us do it for them. The important thing is to be proactive about maintaining your equipment. Commercial users tend to be very good at this, and unfortunately it’s the homeowner who is often the worst culprit for lack of maintenance (partly because it’s not their livelihood). No matter who you are, you want the best value for your money. Don’t wait for your equipment to kick you in the behind!
Our goal for the service department is not just to get the work done, but also to make it into a fun and happy experience for customers to come and visit. We are here to solve your equipment issues and get your machines back up and working for you as soon as possible, and we want you to feel comfortable asking us for advice.
The service experience is most successful when customers see the value we bring to their repairs and maintenance. Our mission is to show you proper equipment maintenance pays more than it costs!
All We Ask
Besides maintaining your equipment and properly preparing for the off season, if there’s one thing we would ask of every customer, it’s this: get familiar with your purchase. Read your owner’s manual and understand the safety requirements to operate your equipment. Learn the limits of the product and operate it within those limits! So much trouble can be avoided this way, and too few operators take the time.
Come Meet The Team
In the past few months we’ve hired additional staff, including our new service manager, Orin Stewart. A long-time customer service professional, Orin enjoys working with our clients and gets great satisfaction from helping to solve their issues; his wish is to remember every customer by name.
You are important to Arn’s; the service department team appreciates your repeat business, and we hope everyone can leave with a smile!
